Water levels have started to stabilize along the Ottawa River and throughout the National Capital Region, as flood waters are projected to recede in the coming days. Kristy Cameron checks in with Allan Joyner, a Public Information Officer with the West Carleton Disaster Relief. Meantime, Ottawa Police officers are reminding residents to be vigilant, as distraction thefts are spiking once again. CTV’s Katelyn Wilson delivers the details in Hour 4. And then, we check out a couple of evening sports parties! One of them is at the Canadian Tire Centre, where CTV’s Patricia Boal is situated ahead of Sens-Canes Game 3. As for CTV’s Jackie Perez, she is attending an NFL Draft Party for local football star Akheem Mesidor. The 2026 NFL Draft starts tonight and the Ottawa native could be one of the first names selected.
