A new study from the University of Guelph has found that women in farming are more vulnerable to mental-health struggles often tied to the visible and invisible workloads, and feelings of being undervalued. It's something that resonated with Jennifer Schooley, who runs a lavender farm in Norfolk County and speaks regularly about being a woman in agriculture.
