Following the closure of Yellowknife’s Capitol Theatre, local film fans are taking measures to watch summer blockbusters. Resident Jacob Charpentier spent $1,500 travelling to Edmonton for Spider-Man and The Odyssey, highlighting the cultural void left in N.W.T. capital.
Over the decades, generations of locals have relied on Bregg Cleaners & Tailors for services like dry cleaning and mending. And Monday marked their last day receiving orders.
