Councillor Chiarelli suffers sudden syncopal attack

In a letter from Rick Chiarelli's doctor, the Ottawa city councilor is described to have fainted on October 12th 2019 due to a syncopal attack, and has requested medical leave from his duties as a Councillor until Devember 12th 2019. Council unanimously rejected his request on October 24th.
