It’s a huge issue and so easily solved. The entire world figured this out centuries ago. But, I’ll say this straight up, as a 60 year with gut issues, this is why I won’t take public transit in Ottawa.
They must be qualified. This is how corruption creeps into government, by placing unqualified friends into positions they have no right to be in. She could have easily hired her to consult instead of giving her a full-time job. I call BS.
