Tribunal upholds $10K fine for B.C. ostrich farm over failure to report sick birds

The Canada Agricultural Review Tribunal upheld a $10,000 fine against a B.C. ostrich farm after its 300-plus bird flock was culled following an avian flu outbreak.
Mostly distributed in British Columbia, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency warned that the oysters possibly have a 'microbial contamination' involving norovirus.
