Damaging winds forecast for much of Alberta, parts of B.C. and Saskatchewan

Ottawa Fire Services said in an after hours media release it responded to a fire on the 19th floor of a residential high rise at around 9:30 p.m., and that smoke and flames were visible through a balcony door when it arrived on scene.
