March 12, 2026

Are you worried about the future of Ottawa’s transit system? It seems like a drawn-out question, and we hate to keep asking it, but it’s once again worth asking. In the latest edition of LRT Drama on CFRA, an ice storm got the better of an overhead power line on LRT Line 1, shutting down service at Lees Station for Wednesday afternoon and all day Thursday. We get an update from Caroline Milliard, a Hydro Quebec spokesperson in the Outaouais Region.
