Manitoba storm damages properties, leaves thousands without power

More than 100 millimetres of wind fell in parts of Manitoba on Monday night, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.
Environment Canada has issued a tornado warning for around Gananoque, Ont. Lyndhurst, Charleston Lake Provincial Park, Athens and Mallorytown are in its path.
