Public servants are back in office four days a week — but not in these big departments

It's been just over one month since Ottawa's last two supervised consumption sites shut down. While there are early reports of increased public drug use, fears of an overdose crisis so far haven't been realized — but the city's public health unit says it's still too early to identify any drug use trends connected to the closures.
