After major derailment, Repentigny, Que., asks Ottawa to reduce freight train speeds in urban areas

The City of Repentigny is formally asking Ottawa to reassess speed limits for trains in urban areas after a derailment earlier this month saw 46 cars jump the tracks in a residential neighbourhood.
