Ottawa developer closer to building controversial subdivision in Perth

In a hearing Thursday, the Ontario Land Tribunal decided that the proposed Caivan Communities subdivision — slated to be built on a historic golf course in Perth — is in line with the provincial Planning Act and the town and the wider county's official plans.
