The Toronto International Film Festival has announced a third world premiere for its 48th edition in September, Atom Egoyan’s “Seven Veils,” despite ongoing strikes by Hollywood actors and writers that threaten to prevent many celebrities from attending.

The owner of two tigers is facing an order to remove them from his property in Wainfleet, Ont., by Monday.
