Fishing fees increase as Saskatchewan introduces angling habitat certificate

As Saskatchewan introduces a new fee for fishing licences going towards things like fish stocking, anglers will see an increase of $20 for annual licences and $5 for day passes.

OTTAWA — Fiscal analysts expect the federal deficit in Tuesday’s spring economic update to be less than what was initially projected, thanks to higher revenues and revised GDP figures.
