Yes, I think the Ontario Greens will get squeezed this election. The Liberals and the NDP, with new leaders, are bound to do better. Plus, people like me who have left the party because they are now violating their values/principles with ill thought out policy, in particular their affordable housing policy that threatens urban forests and family neighborhoods acorss the province, is a complete violation of the party's value of Ecological Wisdom. Suffice to say: Its not ecologically wise to cut down the urban forest to build affordable housing. Nor is it wise to destroy family neighborhoods. This is especially true when we have contaminated properties throughout all of our cities which can be cleaned and redeveloped. Build new communities for these people on cleaned earth. Don't cut down any trees, and don't upend our neighbourhoods to be meet an artificial crisis created by poor federal immigration policy.
Having been in this situation with my handicap mother, I vehemently disagree. You have to be a real idiot to think this law is ok. Build more hospitals you lazy fucks.
Couldn't agree more. Four school boards is an incredible waste of money, especially to fund something that can be taught in an afterschool program. Teachers are forced to buy supplies for their classrooms because school boards can't afford it. Schools are for kids, not adults. Let's end the stupidity.
Scrap Bill C-18. Don’t give any money to foreign owned media (Post Media). Make disseminating propaganda illegal. This must include AI generated and deep fake videos. Ban all un-moderated media especially social media like: X, Truth Social, and all Meta products. If they can’t follow Canadian laws, they ain’t welcome. Blue Sky and the other moderated social media can replace them all.
Then classify Elon Musk a national security threat and ban him and his companies from operating in or above Canada. Shoot down his fucking satellites!
