Something I would not do...pander for votes. LEADERSHIP IS REQUIRED. Sure, they knew the vote would not carry, wasted everyone's time while sucking up to the neighbors for votes.
This is the peak of cynicism.
At today's Finance and economic development meeting it was publically acknowledged that people...Ottawa citizens are shitting and pissing...it says defecating and urinating, across the street from a busy restaurant in Center town. Bank at Sommerset.
Two self cleaning washrooms were approved in 2025...what happened? Staff spent the money instead planning to build...one.
The date for action? 2028. Fire them all!
Imagine..
No public washrooms along the entire transit system.
The city, in 2026, still has no public washroom strategy.

Do you think some Canadians are treated poorly in Canada? Yes! It's natives possibly? It's handicapped or elderly? They would all be better treated in China.
We have much to learn from China.
